WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING? If you intend on camping, you will need to provide everything you would want to make yourself comfortable eg. Tent, gas stove, esky, Camping Chair etc. The camping is unpowered. Fresh water is available as well as hot water for short showers and washing up. The Local RFS will run a fundraiser BBQ all weekend – please support these guys, in addition, we will have another few food stalls options and a coffee van. Although we provide fresh purified water we would prefer you brought along your own bottled water for drinking. And all other food and refreshments that you would want over the weekend you will have to bring yourselves. coffee, light refreshments. The nearest store is a 45-minute drive away at Wingham.

CAN I BRING A CARAVAN/MOTOR HOME? Yes – we welcome Tents / Caravan / Motorhomes. The road is sealed up until our driveway. Our driveway is 1.3km and is compressed gravel all the way – there are plenty of great camping sites available. We are sorry we can not provide electricity/power for any camp sites.

DUE TO CHANGES IN RFS REGULATION OUR EVENT CAN NO LONGER ALLOW GUESTS TO HAVE THEIR OWN CAMPFIRES. Instead, Longview Farm will have a few dedicated fire pits set up in communal areas for all to share (if no fire bans in place)

ICE FOR THE ESKY? We are very happy to announce that the lovely folk at “Great Lakes Ice” will be delivering ice for the esky – Saturday and Sunday. Time To be confirmed

CAN I BRING MY DOG? Longview Farm is a working farm with cattle, horses and farm dogs – so we can not have any other dogs on the property. Please do not bring your pet with you as we will sadly have to ask you to leave.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CAN’T MAKE IT? Sorry, refunds are not available although your booking can be transferred to another person. We suggest that if you cannot attend that you try to arrange for someone to take your place – you must let us know by phone or email so we can update the gate list. We are happy for someone to be able to take your spot, just let us know so that the names on the gate list are correct. Deadline for ticket transfers is 12noon 7 days prior to event start date.

CAN MY CHILDREN BRING THEIR FRIENDS WITH THEM?   As of 2020, all school-age children must be in attendance with a supervising adult. We feel very strongly about this condition and appreciate your cooperation and honesty.
